WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Online: payment can be made by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).
You can also opt for a payment via bank transfer, Apple pay or PayPal.
Please note that the PayPal payment method is only available for orders under €25,000.
In case of limited availability of the product it will not be possible to pay with PayPal.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will be able to find out the status of your order in the TRACK YOUR ORDER section.

Deanira will also inform you of the progress of your order via email.
Following order confirmation, the local courier (GLS, DHL or UPS) will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the shipment of your order on the courier's website.

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that the order placed can be modified, but we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

A product may be available even if its price is not indicated.

The price of a solitaire will depend on the unique properties of the center stone.
The price of a High Jewelery creation can only be provided via CHAT by one of our sales staff.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIZE A CREATION?

Some creations can be personalized: Deanira offers an engraving service for jewellery.
Furthermore, for the boxes you can choose from a variety of models and colors.
The feasibility of customization is indicated on each descriptive sheet.

If you would like to have your Deanira creation engraved, compose your text when selecting the creation on the website.
This service can also be requested when you place your order via CHAT.

Please note that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO MY GIFT ORDER?

Yes, you can attach a personalized message.
For each purchase the package also contains a refined card on which you can write your message.
Alternatively, we can print a message on the card for you. To do this, simply enter your message in the appropriate field during the purchase process or write it to one of our ambassadors if the order is placed via CHAT.

For orders placed before 12pm, you will benefit from express delivery of 2-3 working days. You can check the estimated delivery time on the purchase page while processing your online order. Attention! Estimated shipping time is not guaranteed.
Please note that customization services (engraving, sizing or bracelet adjustment) will require an additional lead time of 1-2 business days and that limited stock of a creation may result in an additional lead time of 5-7 days working.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

The creations purchased on the Deanira Gioielli website are carefully wrapped in the iconic Deanira gift boxes
The package also includes an envelope.
All creations purchased on the website are packaged in an elegant package protected in a special way.

WHICH DELIVERY ADDRESS CAN I INDICATE?

In Italy you can indicate any home or work address where the courier can deliver the package to you personally. Deanira does not ship to military addresses, certain restricted areas, collection points or post office boxes.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?

• It is possible to return or exchange a creation purchased online.
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

During your telephone consultation with Customer Service, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a Deanira ambassador will arrange for the package to be collected by a courier, so that it can be sent back to our office at no additional cost.
Please note that following receipt of the Return Authorization Number, you will have 14 days to return or exchange your Deanira creation if it is in perfect, new and unused condition, with all protective material and labels and stickers attached .
In case of exchange, only after the returned item has passed the mandatory Quality Control, a procedure which will take approximately 4/5 days, will we be able to send you the replacement item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This Returns and Exchanges Policy specifies your options for how you can cancel a contract with us, return a product you purchased and exercise your rights in relation to obtaining a refund or exchange.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract concluded with the order confirmation in writing, without having to provide any reason, within 30 days from the day of purchase; or from the day on which a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the products in the order. If you are a resident of the European Union or the European Economic Area and the purchase was made through the Sales Channels, this right should be considered your legal right of cancellation. In order for the withdrawal period to be considered respected, it is sufficient to assert the right of withdrawal before the expiry of its deadline.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product to our e-boutique distribution center you must follow the steps below:

  1. Click the CHAT button and our Customer Relationship Center will arrange a collection date with our logistics partner. At this stage you may be asked to provide information on the product to carry out an initial assessment of the conditions of the product itself;
  2. Use the return form attached to the box or the Customer Relations Center will send you another return form via email;
  3. Please enter the requested information in the return form and sign it;
  4. The returned package must contain the return form together with the product with all accessories, the free items received with the order, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card and all other documents in their original packaging;
  5. Please seal the delivery package;
  6. On the agreed date, our logistics partner will bring you a prepaid air waybill and collect the sealed package.

Please retain proof of postage of the return package; if this proof cannot be produced we assume no responsibility. Only merchandise received from our Deanira e-boutique distribution center will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you decide to use a logistics partner other than the one provided by us, the risk of loss or damage to the product in transit will remain with you until the product is in our possession.

STATUS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

We will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the Return and Exchange Policy and, in case of compliance, we will proceed with the refund or exchange due.

Products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition, with all protective materials, labels and stickers attached (if any) and inside the original packaging in the returned package, with all accessories and documents.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, alternatively, to deduct the refund amount or exchange value.

If the order included free items, these must be returned with the products.

Any return will be subject to rigorous quality controls (" QC "), carried out by us to guarantee compliance of the returned products with these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, the return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product meets the QC, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as expected.

Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back at your expense.

REFUNDS

It is possible to return a product purchased through the Sales Channels for the purpose of a refund, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, in particular the a) Right to Cancellation and the b) Return Procedure above.

This section is not applicable to purchases with delivery to addresses in Spain: only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price paid. Under no circumstances is a person who received the product as a gift (i.e. the "gift recipient") entitled to a refund. If you are the recipient of a gift and wish to return a product, please contact the Customer Relations Center via the CHAT button who will explain the options available to you.

If the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the purchase of the product. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its return, whichever occurs first. Initial delivery charges (if any) will be refunded, except where you have originally opted for non-standard delivery, in which case additional charges (if applicable) will be non-refundable.
